Refund eligibility

Refunds are only available for defective or incorrect items.

Items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for a refund to be considered.

Non-refundable items 

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on our accessories unless they are defective or incorrect.

Refund process  

  1. Report the Issue: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item with your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect item.
  2. Return instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item if necessary.
  3. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment via Razorpay within 5-7 business days.

Partial refunds 

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Late or missing refunds 

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@emjayshouse.com.
