We don’t offer international shipping by default, but if you would like to arrange it, please contact us.

Returns policy

While we strive for complete customer satisfaction, as a small business, we cannot afford to accommodate frequent returns. We kindly ask you to review product details carefully before purchasing.

Non-returnable items

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on accessories unless they are defective or incorrect.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and a photo of the item, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Return process  

For approved returns, please contact our customer support to initiate the process. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds  

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 2-5 business days.

FAQs

  • How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order has shipped. Use this number to monitor your delivery.
  • Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?  
Unfortunately, we do not offer COD at this time. If you prefer an alternative payment method, you can order through Swiggy (https://emjays-house.mini.store) for added convenience and trust.
  • Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible to change your shipping address. Once an order is processed and shipped, changes may not be possible.
